I bought this computer in 2024 with the intention of using it as a compact machine for retro gaming and other nostalgic tasks. Unfortunately, it heats up incredibly quickly—so much so that I often find myself fearing it might just explode at any moment! My friend and I attempted to open it up and reapply thermal paste, but the experience was horrendous. The adhesive they used to seal it was far too strong, making it a nightmare to disassemble.
To make matters worse, this machine goes by at least five different names, and finding the right drivers has proven to be nearly impossible. Windows XP bluescreened during setup, while Windows 7 complained about missing drivers. Although Windows 8.1 managed to run, the poor performance made it nearly impossible to use for any daily tasks—not to mention the atrocious temperatures!
